Conference Fees

The European Access Network (EAN) Conference 2024 is taking place between 11-12 June 2024. The conference is being hosted by Abertay University in Dundee, Scotland in collaboration with SCAPP (Scotland's Community of Access & Participation Practitioners).

Registration for the 2 full days includes a delegate pack, attendance at all conference sessions, refreshments, lunches, welcome reception (evening of Tuesday) and end-of-conference celebration (evening of Wednesday). Conference fees for the 2 full days are detailed below:

Early Bird Delegate Rate - £330pp (£264pp for SCAPP members only)
Standard Delegate Rate - £360pp (£288pp for SCAPP members only)
Student Delegate Rate - £250pp (Please note the student delegate rate is only available for students, full-time PhD Students and staff members working for student associations/unions.)

A delegate day rate is available and includes a delegate pack, attendance at all of the day sessions (for the day of the booking), refreshments, lunch and the evening activity (Welcome Reception on Tuesday or end of Conference Celebration on the Wednesday). The fees for a day delegate is £180pp (£144pp for SCAPP members only).

Please note the Early Bird rate and any SCAPP discounts (for SCAPP members only) will be made available on a first come first serve basis.
